Shelob's Cave

This is from my sketch book.  I had no idea what I was drawing at the time but it turned into this.  That's why it's on an angle and the mouth of the cave looks forced, but I think it came out all right.

Howlin' Hobbit

I finally got around to finishing this drawing off.  This is the my second drawing of internet ukulele heroes, the first was of Gus and Fin.  This drawing is a mix of the past and present.  I used the Hobbit's current look with the mother board background that used to be panted on the walls in his earlier videos.

I thought I would do a take on a Gil Elvgren painting. This is my first pass at it.  Done in my sketch book.  I plan on enlarging this and fixing some of it's problems and maybe change the look of it some.

I've been going through some old stuff trying to finish up what I can.  This one started out as a sketch from my one drawing a day thing I did a few Octobers back.  I had started to painting it. maybe about 6 months ago, to try and experiment with texture overlays.

Original Anna Sketch

Here's the original drawing for the "We Are Of Peace" post.  I would of put this up earlier but when I did the markers I thought it looked like I gave her a five O'clock shadow.   Now I don't think it looks as bad.

Here's another sketch.  I'm just throwing on textures to help it look a little more finished than they really are but I'm having a lot of fun playing with them.  I may have to use them on the more finished pieces.

Here are some random creatures heads.  Hastur (the guy in yellow) had just started out as a set of eye and teeth, and a hood.  I might have to develop that one some more.

OK it's almost the end of the year and I would like to beat my post count from last year.  So during the nest week and a half I be putting up stuff that I had sitting in my sketch book.  This first one is something I actually king of like.  The texture is something I found on the internet and I can't remember where.
